Mausoleum - Exhibition of László Dús

Since the seventies, László Dús had lived and worked in the USA more than two decades. His art was inspired by the powerful pictorial approach of the abstract-expressionism and the strict composition of the constructivism. The artist uses freely with the traditional pictorial and graphical technics, the photographs and the modern reproductive mediums. His small lyrical graphics and his large-sized abstract pictures give information about the pictorial approach of the artist. In this exhibition can be seen his newest work, which is ten meters long, photo-fragments montage composed work of art. This is the first solo exhibition of the artist in Hungary, ever since he got back from the USA.
