Exhibition of István Nádler

curated by Ágnes Dobai István Nádler is an important figure in contemporary Hungarian painting. Starting in the sixties as a member of the "Iparterv" group, by the seventies he had become a dominant member of his generation. It was in the eighties he found his individual idiom, which by now has made him one of the best-known and most widely acknowledged Hungarian artists abroad. This exhibition, where his latest works can be seen, is our tribute to him on his sixtieth birthday.
